Ford Kuga: Iosis X-based 4×4 crossover coming to Europe in 2008

When it comes to Ford cars you have to admit that Americans sometimes gets the short straw. What I mean by this is: the Europeans do seem to get the better vehicles from Ford, ok when it comes to 4X4 the Ford loves the US for that market but when it comes to family cars how can the US top the Mondeo, all they have to compete is the Fusion. The massive selling Focus rocks when it comes to any kind of equivalent.

It now seems that Europe are set to be favored by Ford yet again as the motor company have announced that they are to get the Ford Kuga Iosis X, this is an X-based 4×4 small crossover, this will put the Escape in the shade.

It is not certain if the Kuga will look exactly like these images, but let us hope that they do.

If you want to see what this car will look like, then the Ford Kuga is set to debut at the Frankfurt show in September.
