What we like about the Blackberry 8820 is when you are calling via WiFi, if you lose connection it will automatically switch to the GSM network for voice and EDGE for data.
The Blackberry 8820 also features microSD and microSDHC slots which let you expand the storage capabilities to 32GB (currently only 4GB cards are in shops), fullscreen video and stereo Bluetooth will keep you entertained, also the 8820 is packed with options for corporate email and business software.
