New Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops coming to the Sony PSP

Konami have announced that they are to release a new version of the popular Metal Gear Solid on the Sony PSP. This Portable Ops games will be due for release this September, this release date is for Japan for now.

This new version will focus greatly with online play; there will be many new stages and newer characters, much like the ones from the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 4 which is due out on the PS3. Also in the new Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops game is a new single player mode and infinity mission as well.
