MILTRAK GPS module will help soldiers against enemy forces

The GPS Module named MILTRAK will equip soldiers with a brilliant portable display which looks pretty standard really but this little beauty displays the position of similarly equipped friendly forces overlaid on a relational display, geo-referenced aerial photograph, raster map. Therefore soldiers in battle can share routes and follow routes which will help keep platoons running astray.
The question is “Will the MILTRAK GPS module save the lives of soldiers?
