Chris Chambers, the receiver for the NFL team Miami Dolphins, has had his drink driving case put back until August.
Two days after his arrest, Chris Chambers did not show up for his hearing at Mecklenburg County court.
As well as DUI, Chamber was also accused of reckless driving and speeding,
Chambers is the top receiver for the Miami Dolphins and he was arrested at about half past two in the morning on Saturday.
In this offseason, Chambers is the third Miami Dolphin player to face charges and so these criminal case will probably have a negative effect on the team’s performance next season.
What do you think?
Along with Chambers, Fred Evans, a Defensive tackler, was charged with multiple counts of battery on a law enforcement officer following an incident on South Beach last month and Joey Porter, a Linebacker, was charged with misdemeanor battery in March after an incident in Las Vegas.
Do you think Chambers will face disciplinary action from the NFL?
