The back-lit control panel buttons ensure ease of navigation of graphed results and settings, and automatically scrolls through weight and body fat readings.

The monitor can store up to 36 months of results and it will determine the average age associated with your level of metabolism, and informs you of the daily number of calories your body requires when resting (BMR).
