EB Games Australia issues Xbox 360 Total Recall
EB Games in Australia have now issued a total recall of all their Xbox 360s; we are talking a huge amount of premium Xbox 360 games consoles. Only two weeks ago, all store managers from EB Games Australia were asked from head office that they had to test every unit that they had in stock for errors, but since then they were told to issue a total recall of all Xbox 360 units that they have in stock.

The EB Games stores have to remove all promotional material and even dummy Xbox 360 dummies. The reason for the recall is due to a faulty batch of consoles with HDD problems.

It seems that the whole gaming industry are facing troubles, with ongoing problems of the Xbox from Microsoft, and poor sales of the PS3, these companies will have to get their act together soon, or the Wii are going to leave them for dust.

I think i’s about time Microsoft got their backsides into gear and started to support the very reason why they are as rich and successful as they are “at the moment” to provide their customers with better service and commitment.

I bought my husband an XBOX for Xmas and now conveniently after the warranty has expired we ghave the so called “3 rings of death” Yet aprt from media and blogs we have little from MS and even on the Xbox site no apology or help. We feel let down and ripped off and may as well be dealing with Del Boy from Only Fools than Microsoft !
