Video Shows Customized iPhone Ringtones: is there a shred of truth in this

If you’re an iPhone owner you may have asked yourself “How do I do customized iPhone ringtones?” and the video below shows you just that.
Chris Hughes is the guy that apparently made the YouTube video on this page which shows him using a bit of software that let him add the “CTU” ringtone to the iPhone (apparently this software is close to being released).
It does leave us wondering is there a shred of truth in this?
