US Troops Withdraw from Iraq April 2008: House of Representatives Voted

Well the long awaited date has been made for US troops to leave Iraq and that magic date is April 1st 2008, this was voted by The House of Representatives (223-201).

Now although that’s great news, does it mean it will really happen as we know how many people want their loved ones home and things keep changing with this war on terror.

The American people have been demanding the withdrawal from Iraq for along time and let’s hope this date happens all to plan.

This does open up other questions like:

• Does this mean Bush has another plan for US troops like Iran?
• What will happen to Iraq after US troops leave?
