The Wii Nyko Party Station is a battery powered base station that offers storage slots for 4 Wiimotes, storage drawer for accessories plus bowling-lane-style hand cooling fan, four freeze-able cup holders, center bowl for your favorite snacks and 4 numeric LEDs displays for keeping track of group scoring. I don’t find it particularly interesting or useful. I mean, you could already use bowls and cup holders without having to go out and buy that entire piece. And does anyone really need those 4 LEDs to keep score? I don’t know why Nyko bothered with this when there are far better peripheral ideas to develop.
