40 Gigabits Per Second: world’s fastest internet broadband connection

internet broadband connection
The world’s fastest internet broadband connection has now been set at 40 gigabits per second, and it’s not some young geek who has it but instead a 75 year old woman (Sigbritt Löthberg) in Karlstad, central Sweden.

Her home has been supplied with the super fast 40Gps broadband connection which is many thousands of times faster than the average broadband I have.

The lucky lady can get a full high definition DVD in just 2 seconds and also watch 1,500 high definition HDTV channels simultaneously (well lets open up a HD Theater).

One thing I cannot help think about is how much her bandwidth bills would cost.
