Rechargeable Logitech MX Air Mouse with Freespace motion control

The Logitech Air Mouse combines different technologies including 2.4GHz RF, MEMS sensors with DSP and lasers for both traditional laser mousing and motion-control.

This has been done many times before with products like the Gyration Wireless Products (which I own), but Logitech hopes to better previous devices with their latest technology.
The Air Mouse aims to do things a different way by bridging the gap between mouse and remote control.

Dedicated volume control and pause/play buttons are neatly positioned down the center of the device and you will find a touch-sensitive scroll-panel instead of the standard scroll wheel.
These refinements make the Logitech MX Air Mouse a refreshing change and much better suited to mouse and remote tasks.

It works up to distances of around 30 feet away and should be shipping to Europe and the US sometime in August for $150.
