Remember the Sony AIBO the cute little scrapping dog which is not remember now as much as it was, well take a look at BJ the new robot dog that brings the AIBO back to life so to speak. BJ is the successor to the Sony AIBO which has been designed and developed for research and competitions. BJ is a jet black robot dog from aXi and is 12.2 inches tall and features cool Linux OS, it also features Kondo KRS-4013 robot servo, 16MB ROM and 64MB RAM plus ARM11 CPU. This amazing little robot also has a 350k pixel CMOS sensor, IR sensor and 4x “meat sphere sensors” and accelerometer. We love this little puppy so much, BJ the robot dog will hit North America pretty soon around about this Fall for about $4,853 (¥600,000).
