Nicole Richie has Lucky Break: DUI Trial Postponed till August 16th

Nicole Richie who is always in the celebrity lime light got a lucky break when it came to her driving under the influence (DUI) trial, her charges were driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs and her trial was postponed to August the 16th so an expert defence witness can attend. Nicole Richie who is reported to be 3 months pregnant and plans to marry her boyfriend Joel Madden who is the Good Charlotte band vocalist trial will be on 16th August.
The Simple Life star who is 25 could face a jail sentence of anything between 4 days to one year if convicted, Nicole Richie was stopped by the police for driving the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway, and the daughter of Lionel Richie pleaded Not Guilty back in February.
