Scratched Disc
Oh and here it starts, someone has finally brought a class action lawsuit against Microsoft and the Xbox 360, now here comes the funny part; it is over scratched discs oh yes scratched discs, not a major failure in the product, not blowing up in your face, but scratched discs. The lawsuit is for five million dollars, that is what the plaintiff and his lawyers are seeking. The lawsuit has been issued because the plaintiff is blaming Microsoft that the Xbox 360 was negligently designed and manufactured and that the games console laser disc reading assembly contacts and scratches the video game discs during normal and intended operation and use.

Ok people sue people all the time but for god’s sake a scratched disc and wanting more than 5 million dollars is a little steep would you not agree.
