iPhone Nano Update: Retracted by JP Morgan, imagination for now

Following the post we did the other day on a possible iPhone Nano (smaller and cheaper iPhone), news has come to light that comments have now been retracted by JP Morgan.

I have the sad news that a possible iPhone Nano will have to return to our imagination for now anyway (let us know if a Nano iPhone would have appealed to you).

It seems now that a lower-end iPhone (the Nano) appearing in the near-term would of been an unusual high risk.

What does seem more of a possibility now is a high priced iPhone that packs 3G, which could even turn up in the first half of 2008.
