Charlie Sheen has just popped the question to his girlfriend of one year, Brooke Mueller.
Brooke Mueller is actually a real estate investor and is the daughter of Palm Beach socialite Moira Fiore.
Charlie knows how to do it right when he’s proposing.
He popped the question on a Costa Rican beach with a $500,000 engagement ring.

I would rather take the $500,000 in cash instead…lol…I can do without the ring!
I just hope Charlie has gained enough wisdom now to know thats really important, If so I wish them both all the happiness in the world.
A year isn’t too quick, and it’ll probably work because she’s not an actor, but who really knows. Money screws up everything.
