Breaking News: Rumors of the Touch Screen iPod by August

It is said with rumors flying around that there is going to be a touch-screen iPod, ok so we have the ultimate iPhone with us now so why not give us the ultimate iPod. Wintek who are Taiwan-based will be the main suppliers of Apple’s new iPod video according to sources. The new next generation iPod video apparently will come our way sometime in August and will feature the touch screen panel similar to that of the iPhone.
As usual when we here rumors you get this “Wintek declined to comment on the news citing customer confidentiality”. The panel makers in Taiwan will begin shipping these touch screen panels in the second half of 2007 (apparently).
Will we really see the ultimate touch screen iPod in August?
