I just got this amazing cage! It’s terrific its even better up close! Im getting a hamster today and i think he will love it! I tested every part of this cage and it all works amazingly! The wheel is one of my favorite parts. The hamster can make the wheel spin, but at the same time the wheel is pushed along a little track! Also, the petting zone is well, WOW! There is a sertain part of the cage, it is a yellow part that fills in a whole in the side. That piece can fit into the entry of the petting zone. Then you just simply pull out the petting zone and pop on the blocker.You can do this when you clean the cage! How amazing is that! Dont worry about no air, there are air slits in the roof. The slide is insanly cool! Its has little bumps in it so he/she can climb up it with no problem. The slide leads to the wheel. The only thing im worried about with the cage is what is if the hamster falls off of the slide. As long as you bedding under the slide and on the bottom level, you should be ok with that though. Im still a little concerned because of their poor eyesight. The cage could be a potnetial danger. Besides that, The cage is great. It might take the hamster a while to get the hang of all the magnificent twists and turns. Be carful while assembling the cage as well. Its does scratch pretty easy but if youre gental with it you should be just fine. The wheel is quiet at first but after 40 of my test spins it began to take on a sound. Thats ok though. Almost all cages you find have a squeeky wheel. If the sound gets too loud, shut the hamster in a batheroom. Problem solved! Overall, i give this cage 5000 stars!
