Nicole Richie: Going to court on 11th July 2007

Well we all know that Nicole Richie is pregnant and that she is said to be having a boy and is getting married to Joel Madden.

But despite all that she might end up having her baby shower in jail because the Judge on her case is one tough cookie.

This judge is said to play by the book and has a zero tolerance for special treatment.
And we all know we like to here that because why should celebs get special treatment.

Nicole Richie is to appear in court on Wednesday, July 11 and she will face a minimum of 5 days to a max of 1 year in jail for her DUI/wrong side of the freeway incident.

Do you think she will get off or do you think she will serve time?
