Xbox 360 Failure Rate 33% while Sony PS3 & Nintendo Wii under 1%

We recently posted a story about the Xbox 360 Failure Rate of 33%, what we forgot to mention was that both the PS3 and the Nintendo Wii only has a failure rate of just 1%. One manager at EB Games said that they have not had any Nintendo Wii games consoles returned.

The shame about the high failure rate of the Xbox 360, it that it is the most successful console of the next gen bunch in the world, add to this that it now has the largest market saturation with an ever growing number of game titles. In a recent poll the Microsoft Xbox 360 was named as the reliable gaming console

Both Nintendo and Sony must be having a laugh at the expense of Microsoft, but who would have thought how much of a comeback Nintendo could make with the help of the Wii.

One company who is not laughing is EB games officials, as they are now going back to the drawing board to revise their warranty policy for games consoles.
