Production on Sex and The City will start in the Fall

Men, get ready to hear about nothing but, clothes, shoes and sex once again! That’s right those saucy girls from Sex and The City are back in a movie no less! It had as much press surrounding it as the Spice Girls reunion and now it looks like both our prayers have been answered and Girl Power will reign supreme once again!

Variety reports that New Line Cinema is teaming with HBO for the adaptation of Sex and the City. Production is rumoured to start in the autumn, with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin David and Cynthia Nixon all returning to reprise their roles.

Michael Patrick King will be directing the script he wrote. Sarah Jessica Parker will be producing, along with King, John Melfi and founder of SATC Darren Star.
