Germany put ban on Scientology Member Tom Cruise: Plan for new Film in Berlin

Germany has put a stop to Tom Cruises plan to make a blockbuster film about the Second World War plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler, the controversial Church of Scientology member Tom Cruise has been refused by Berlin Police to allow him to use a police station in Kreuzberg district to shoot the actors new film. Tome Cruise plays the part of Claus von Stauffenberg, a member of the German nobility who tried to kill Hitler in 1944. The reason for this refusal is because a police statement said that the presence of a film crew on the location site would hamper activities of police and is why permission to use the police station could not be granted.

This is in fact the 2nd time the mega actor Tom Cruise has been refused permission to use the Berlin location to make his film. Because Tom Cruise is a member of the Church of Scientology and this is the main reason behind the ban the ministry said.
