2008 BMW 1-Series coupe: coming to America, but no diesel
The new 2008 BMW 1-Series coupe is now coming to America, which is about time if you ask me, but one problem with this remains there will not be a diesel version in the States. Two of the models that the US will see are the BMW 128i and BMW 135i.

It is not all bad news though as the 135i version has the very same 3-liter, twin-turbo, inline 6 cylinder engine which produces 300 horses, as its big brother the BMW335i. If you are looking for pur performance, then the BMW 1 Series Coupe is going to be the car for you.

The cars are not released until the Spring of 2008, but that does nor mean that we cannot get exited about it now, and you never know, by then the German auto maker might just release a diesel version for the US market.
