I got this contraption from a friend who got it from another friend. Neither of them wanted the thing, and now I’ve tried it, I can see why. It does NOTHING at all for the abs. Please try this before you buy it, it’s the most useless product ever. I can’t imagine they went to the trouble of making and distributing these things without ever trying them out in the first place. Complete waste of space.
