Star Trek Z Kitchen Island: 23rd century design by Zaha Hadid

If you were ever to see a Star Trek kitchen then I am sure this is what it would look like, the new “Z” kitchen island from Corian and designed by Zaha Hadid looks like something straight out of Star Trek.

This 23rd century looking kitchen looks really cool (well to gadget fans like me); the centerpiece sports LED touch panels embedded in the table’s surface.

Other features include controls for a wall of abstract lighting fixtures that then allow you to alter their color and intensity, 3 bizarre looking aroma devices and a mounted Mac for multimedia functions.
