Great player with a couple of problems. When you add a SD card to expand memory, every time it starts up you have to wait about 15 seconds. It says refreshing data base. Tech support is good with a toll free phone number but when I told them some of my songs repeated twice or 3 times in a row, I was told the only way to correct this was to wipe the player clean and start over. They said the cause was that I added the songs more than once or used corrupt files. That is not the case. MSRP has gone down trice since I bought.
