This is the Pepper Pad 3 which is not a laptop or PDA, but as the company calls it “a handheld media computer”.
The new Pepper Pad 3 includes all of the award-winning features of the original Pepper Pad plus faster Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, enhanced Web and video performance, a built-in video camera and in a much smaller design to make the Pepper Pad 3 easier to carry.
The Pepper Pad 3 is very similar to the Nokia 770, but packed with more features like Wi-Fi, integrated Bluetooth 2.0, you can also check e-mail (POP3 and IMAP4 accounts) on the Linux-based system, integrated VoIP, a 7 inch LCD Touch Screen with a 800 x 480 WVGA pixel resolution, Back-Lit Split Qwerty Keyboard, Built-in Stereo Speakers, 5-way Directional Pad, Scroll Wheel, AMD Geode LX800 processor, 256 MB SDRAM, 20GB Hard Drive and a battery life of around 2 to 4 hours.
The price of around $699.95 seems to be very good for the amount of features packed into this handheld media computer.
