Heather Mills In Court This Week

Heather Mills is due to give evidence in court this Thursday against a photographer alleged to have assaulted her, according to her spokesman.

Jay Kaycappa is alleged to have attacked Heather Mills in a subway under Brighton seafront on July 5 last year by grabbing her right shoulder and turning her around so that she was facing him.

Jay Kaycappa who lives in Fareham, Hampshire, is also accused of assaulting her companion, Mark Payne, in Brighton the following day.

Jay Kaycappa who is 31 years old failed to attend Brighton Magistrates’ Court in March but in his absence the original trial date set for April 4 was rescheduled to this Thursday.

Kaycappa is on unconditional bail for the time being but the trial is only expected to last one day
