Evergreen JTV-100-F-PJ
Giving the Japanese market a taste of network TV tuning is the Evergreen JTV-100-F-PJ which when it comes to style has none (looking more like an external modem from 1998), the JTV-100-F-PJ accepts composite video sources and coaxial cable inputs then converts them to MPEG4.

You can then take the video content from the inputs and stream it to a web browser or network TV server, you can even view the video content in 3 resolutions depending on the amount of bandwidth you have (max 1.8Mbps).

You can get the Evergreen JTV-100-F-PJ for ¥19,999 ($163), cheap but then imports always are.
