Sony PS3 Getting Rumble Controller: miss the rumbles

Sony PS3 Rumble Controller
I find it weird that Sony are having problems with battery life for their controllers, because of the combination of wireless support and trying to feature rumble support.
The two prototypes they have been working on have been draining the battery life way to fast for what consumers would like.

They will get there and we should see Sony PS3 rumble support for the SIXAXIS controller soon…I hope.

Prove of this follows Sony settling with Immersion over suing for patent violation regarding the controller’s rumble feature they been working on and shortly after the case was settled an update was released for Gran Turismo HD to include force feedback support for steering wheels.

Now the case is over the path is clear for the re-introduction of rumble support on Playstation 3 SIXAXIS controllers.

Do you miss the Rumble?

I do miss the rumble feature which unfortunateley for Sony is why I have been buying games for the 360 and not the PS3. It would be a darn shame if Sony was to omit the rumble feature from GT5 - a crying shame.
