First 48 hours: Safari 3 gets 1 million downloads
June 17, 2007 | Filed under Apple News, Computers, Software

This is pretty impressive results for the new Safari 3 which we posted about a few days ago, as the first 48 hours of results showed over 1 million downloads.
So this does leave a question: Do people want to use this new browser? Or are they just trying what people are talking about?
This kick start for Safari 3 could have been because of the WWDC keynote and iPhone, I am sure people will care if the new Safari web browser is insecure and bugged.
The best thing Apple have done with this new software is release the web browser for Windows, as this now makes it possible for many more applications to be developed for their cellphone (The iPhone).
