The Personal Vibration Trainer is used by the national academy of sports medicine, medical rehabilitation and also fitness centres nationwide.
The vibration trainer is a low-impact trainer that uses varying vibration to cause muscles to involuntarily contract 30 to 50 times per second, stimulating circulation, strengthening bones and resulting in faster recovery after workouts down the gym.
This trainer will provide a whole body workout in 10 minutes which is just like a 30 minute workout with weights because you simply perform a variety of exercises while either standing or sitting on the vibration platform, or holding onto the vibrating handles.
I have been on something very similar to this down my local gym called the power plate and it does take a while to get used to your body vibrating but once you get used to it you can do a number of fantastic exercises on and off it.
This is a great way to exercise and put the fun factor back into keeping fit why not try talking while the machine is vibrating you will find your voice vibrates to.
