There have been five privately reported vulnerabilities and one publicly disclosed vulnerability in a Critical Update (KB933566) for Internet Explorer 7.

The security issues that have been identified could allow an attacker to gain control over systems running Internet Explorer 7, although this update is not just for Windows Vista it is relevant as all Vista releases include IE7.
