The world biggest soft drink maker has said on Wednesday it was going to be creating cell-phone network under its Sprite brand where members can set up profiles, post there pictures and meet new friends.
The Coca-Cola Company needs to continue to recruit future generations of consumers,” said Mark Greatrex, who is the senior vice president of marketing for Coca-Cola. He also said “Mobile marketing is absolutely where it’s at for us going forward.”
We all know that Myspace and Facebook are very popular and well established websites and there are so many more like them out there on the net so let’s just hope that Coca Cola can compete with this competitive market through mobile phones.
