Is Paris Hilton going to be put back in Jail or kept out of Jail? That is the question everyone is asking.
Paris Hilton faces the prospect of being put back behind bars today after prosecutors appealed against her early release from prison.
The hotel heiress has only served just three days of her 45-day sentence when she was let out of jail for so they say “health reasons” but her release has triggered such a wave of anger from civil liberties groups and on the Internet, with people condemning the special treatment she seems to be getting.
Najee Ali, the director of Project Islamic Hope said there is “One rule for the rich and famous and different rules for everyone else,” I suppose this is what seems to be happening because if that was you or me we would have to serve the full time given regardless of how we was coping.

After she was released Paris was ordered to wear an electronic tag and stay inside her luxury Hollywood home for the next 40 days. But we know that will be 40 days of luxury not punishment.

But now the 26-year-old Paris will have to return to court to hear whether the prosecutors’ attempt to have her put back behind bars is successful.
She was originally jailed for violating her probation and for driving on a suspended licence.

“Paris says her cell is ‘freezing cold.’ She has three little blankets and no pillow. She’s using one of the blankets as a pillow. The room is bright and jail noise echoes through her space.”

But what does she expect a luxury cell and special treatment she is just like you or me but the difference is she has money

My motto is if you do the crime you must serve your time.

What do you think is it fair that she serves her time? Or do you think she has learnt her lesson?
