Paris Hilton Back In Jail
Paris Hilton has finally been ordered to return to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation.

Within hours of the 26-year-old leaving prison the judge who originally put her in jail ordered her back to court to decide whether she should be behind bars or not.

And the Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer ordered sheriffs to bring the celebrity back to court.

The attorney questioned whether or not Sheriff Lee Baca should have been held in contempt of court for releasing Hilton on Thursday morning.

The Los Angeles judge over turned a decision by the L.A. Sheriff’s Department to have her serve the sentence at home for medical reasons.
As Paris Hilton left court she broke into loud sobs.

He said Hilton’s return home gave the impression of “celebrity justice being handed out” After being told she would have to serve the whole sentence, and she screamed: “This is not right.” And was calling for her mum.

Well I am afraid it is Paris because it don’t matter who you are if you do the crime you should be able to do the time.

What do you think of the out come was it right? I think so

  1. I believe the outcome of the Paris Hilton fiasco was definitely the right thing. I am so tired of celebrities getting preferential treatment. Perhaps this will teach her that no matter who you are you must obey the law. Not only did she get stopped once on probation while driving with a suspended license but twice. What would happen to me in that circumstance? I would not be allowed to go home and get ready to go to jail eventually I would be taken right then. The justice in this country sickens me and I for one would love to know what ever happened to One Nation Under God With Liberty and Justice For All? I have a daughter in prison and what she did put no one at risk but herself, where drinking and driving puts innocent, unsuspecting people at risk. I am glad there is a judge that is willing to stand up to what is right. Kudos to him.

Actually serving time — even in the celebrity jail she will be in — might help her get a better grip on reality. Otherwise, she is headed toward a bad end. After all, what goes around, comes around. I’ve always been at somewhat of a loss to understand just what Paris Hilton is famous for — letting some sleaze videotape her performing sex acts, being stick-thin, squandering her inheritance, cavorting in a drunk and vulgar way in public, trashing her friends, or just generally displaying her ignorance of public manners and morals. She has no talent, isn’t particularly pretty, and seems to have the morals of an alleycat. It mystifies me that anyone could hold her up as a role model or for admiration.
