This is the MacVision MN2607 (Nextar) touch screen Gps system that a few people have been looking for on product reviews.
The sat-nav is sized at 8.5 x 4.5 x 1.5 inches and has a nice large 7 inch digital color touch-screen that sports a widescreen display of 800×480 pixels.
Other features on the MN2607 include NAVTEQ on board, an MP3 player, External antenna, Built-in speakers, USB 2.0 and USB host ports, Universal Mounting Bracket, 30GB internal hard drive and a sleek, blue LED backlit keypad.

Hate drop a different site, but this forum speaks volumes. Read all 40 pages for many users’ experiences with this unit. It is esentially the same as the MN2707 and P7. Bad juju.
