Joost software beyond the PC: set top box

This week saw a new CEO at Joost (the online TV service) and that was Mike Volpi who also was the ex-Cisco executive.
Since I downloaded Joost a few weeks back I have found it to be really cool and amazed at the amount of programmes I can watch, the only thing I think is a little poor is the pausing all the time because it is streaming the video (not sure if that’s my end of Joost).
One thing is for sure and that is Joost is in beta now, so things will just keep getting better and the latest news is that the future of Joost seems to be heading towards the set-top-box industry.
Now that would be amazing and to have cheap set-top box’s in different rooms to watch free IPTV would be amazing, but Joost is way off that at this time.
Do you remember when Skype started life as a PC-only VoIP application, but now you get many Skype Certified handsets from companies such as Linksys, Belkin and Netgear.
Well I am sure we will see set top box’s which are Joost Certified, but the one thing I am left wondering is will they later on sell Joost for billions like they did Skype.
If they do what project will they do next?
