Helio Ocean Popular, but will the company fail like Amp’d

We reported to you the other day about the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Amp’d declaring bankruptcy, well many people since have been asking the question:
Will Helio (a competitor) be the next one to fall?

With so many suspicious similarities between the two companies, it is a scary point that Tech Crunch raise and one that is open to make discussion.

Helio entered the market in May 2006 which was a few months after Amp’d, also Helio has raised $440 million from parent companies SK Telecom and Earthlink.

Helio say they are doing very well and all things are ok, what do you think?
