Sarah Silverman Jokes About Paris Hilton at MTV Movie Awards

During the MTV Movie Awards show Sarah Silverman said some jokes about Paris Hilton which many thought it was a bit obvious to happen.
She said to the audience, “In a couple of days, Paris Hilton is going to jail.” And then went on to say that “The judge says that it’s going to be a no-frills thing and that is ridiculous. She is totally going to get special treatment,”
So what do you guys think about Sarah Silverman’s jokes and picking at Paris Hilton’s current problems?
Do you think it is funny? Or is she bang out of order?

I’m sorry but the joke was of total bad taste and she’s gone too far! Paris Hilton is a joke herself right, but Sarah Silverman equals Paris this time!
I think Silverman went over the line. She made fun of Paris, when she knew Paris was in the Audience. Sarah Silverman= Biotch.

I am glad Sarah said what she said … for those of you who don’t know it, PARIS is a BULLY. She spreads rumors about others and does not care to say things to ruin reps and careers of others. I don’t have sympathy for someone who thinks she is GOD. I want teenage girls to admire the Ivanka Trumps, Natalie Portmans of this world. Not the slutty trio of Britney, Lindsay and stupid Paris. People … these three are making headlines all over the world. It’s bad enough our President is hated. I don’t want these girls representing America to the world.
i love sarah, i love her comedic attitude. paris on the other hand, yes she deserves what she got. going to a pampered jail, for three weeks? whatever. public humiliation is well deserved and should have been more of it.

I am not a big fan of Paris by any means, but I still felt bad for her. Sarah’s Joke about Paris was extreamly distasteful and down right cruel. You could see the hurt in Paris’ eyes. I feel we all make mistakes and we all have our faults. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I agree that if your making a joke at someones expense it should be a bit more tasteful and hurtful.
