SAMSUNG Wins WiMAX World Europe Award in System Design

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd is one of the leading providers of telecom systems and mobile phones, it was a happy day for them the other day as they have been selected to receive the WiMAX World Europe 2007 Award for U-RAS Premium Base Station in System Design.

This is a nice award to win which just goes to show the progress Samsung has been making over the years in building its brand up to the likes of Sony (which a few years ago was way bigger than Samsung could ever dream to be), things are changing and this is just what this award shows.

Live from WiMAX World Europe in Vienna, Austria Samsung Electronics was chosen by xchange, telecommunication specialized monthly magazine.

What the award really outlines is the progress that Samsung has made with the deployment and development of WiMAX technologies…well done Samsung.
