Palm Foleo Linux Based Smartphone: D All Things Digital

May 30, 2007 | Filed under Cell Phone Information, Cell Phones

Palm Foleo
It seems that there is a new smartphone coming that was inadvertently leaked by the company themselves.
The phone is called the Palm Foleo which is a Linux-based device that has a full-sized keyboard and large screen.

The aim for the Palm Foleo is to use it as an email or document editor by syncing it with your phone.

Things are not to clear at the moment as most of the details are rumored or leaked information, but things will get more clear as they get confirmed.

Apparently the cost will be $500 on top of a Treo smartphone (seems a lot).

Things will get clearer after the D: All Things Digital conference in Carlsbad, Calif. today, as there should be an announcement about the Foleo (if not on stage, then sometime after).
