One Million Zunes sold
The Microsoft Zune has a 10% share of the hard disk-based MP3 player market thanks to one million Zunes being sold.

This is bang on target for the sales goals that were set from the Zune launch, but still way of the 100 million Apple iPod sales.

Microsoft seem to be very happy with the Zune results so far, but they do seem to hint that the Zune could of got a lot more social and maybe more fashionable than what it currently is.

I will let you judge which is the best MP3/media player out of the two, the iPod does look good in the case below.
