Last summer an amazing watch that also sported a phone was announcement called the SMS Technology M300, now they have not wasted anytime in bringing us another wrist phone called the SMS Technology M500.

The second model is a much more advanced mobile wristphone that will be shipping this week.

    Its amazing how far they have come. I had one of the earlier versions I still love and treasure.

    There is so much buzz on this (and even a youtube video showing it actually works) but I have yet to see a single order being delivered, only lots of complaints about ever-lasting delays.

    Also, at $1000AUD (about $820US) this is one hell of an expensive phone to buy (you could buy the 8GB iPhone and still have change left over for a nice Seiko watch).

    Third - Two key features seem to be missing - There is no vibration mode, and there is no external memory card slot (would have been ideal with a MicroSD). While its cool “as is”, the lack of those make some serious drawbacks.

    And last - No one has yet seen their “voice activated dicatation” at work, and this kind of phone, even with text-recognizing, is useless for everyday text-related activities without an easy to use application.
