I have been shopping around lately for a portable device to browse the web while I am on holiday or away for work, I did first check out the Nokia N95 but was disappointed in the screen size for web browsing but have now come to love the Nokia N800.
This internet tablet is basically a portable computer and the screen on the Nokia N800 is amazing and a perfect size for browsing the internet.
I have not brought the Nokia N800 internet tablet yet but I feel it is just a matter of time (and money), you can do so much with the N800 including communicating with other people in many ways like Skype VOIP calls, email and Instant Messaging.
Other Features Include:
- Internet Tablet OS 2007 edition OS
- 2 Memory Card slots
- Handwriting Recognition
- Media Player and Internet Radio
- Internet calling
- WLAN 802.11 b/e/g & Bluetooth 2.0
- 800 x 480 pixels 65536 Colour Display
- Touchscreen
- RSS feed reader
- Opera 8 Web Browser with Flash Player 7
The bottom line is the Nokia N800 is one of the best portable devices for keeping you in contact with the world via the web.

Skype is not yet available with the Nokia 770 or N800 from what I hear, only Google Talk with other Google Talk VOIP users and perhaps Gizmo.
