Dell Launching Computers with Linux
Dell Inc is a very popular and big computer brand, one in fact that I have brought 4 different computers from including a laptop.

Well now for some breaking news on something Dell has not done before, they are launching three computers with the Ubuntu 7.04 Linux operating system already installed.

One of the computer systems is also a notebook and the prices of these new Dell Linux computers will start at $599.

This move by Dell has been made after a lot of customer feedback; people want the Linux system pre-installed.

This makes you wonder more and more about open-source software and where this is taking us, as I know many friends and family that cannot afford the Windows Vista operating system.
Where Linux is free and you only pay for custom features on this most popular variant open-source software.
