New Gadget iGasm: Apple Threatening to Sue Ann Summers

New Gadget iGasm
There is a new gadget in Ann Summers shops and called the iGasm, which sounds very much related to the iPod made by Apple.

The name is not the real reason Apple is threatening to sue the shop, it’s mainly the posters they do not like.

The iGasm posters are very much like the ones used in advertising the iPod digital music player and Apple are not happy.

The iGasm is basically a vibrator that hooks up to an iPod, MP3 player, laptop or CD player and then it will vibrate in sync with the beat.
Sounds fun, but Apple has lost their sense of humour on this one.

What do you think? Is this just a bit of fun, or are Apple right to want to sue.

  1. Richard says:

Not only is iGasm a pale imitation of our iBuzz Two, but the legal spat has been done before too. Apple had a pop at Love Labs over iBuzz advertising - I covered it in full on my personal blog here: http://sextoysinsider.com/tag/ibuzz/

    What fun! :-)

  2. I can fully understand why they would want to sue. The resemblance is unmistakable and not the image Apple would want to portray.
