As I own Sky HD and have done since the day it was first released I can give you first hand information on Sky HD.
Sky HD is celebrating its first birthday as its one year old and to celebrate Sky HD is getting many more movies available in high definition, and I can tell you (as someone that owns Sky HD) I have been disappointed in the number of Sky HD channels for all this first year of having them.
It is well about time they got some more HD channels for us HD viewers as its been a joke up to now.
They have raked in the extra money for the service and now only just giving more channels (lets hope they do not want to start charging more for these extra channels).
What Sky has announced is that they have secured HD films for Sky Movies HD1 and HD2 from all the major Hollywood studios.
Movies from the likes of Warner Bros Entertainment will be coming to the 250,000 HD customers, better late than never but now I got to decide if I should stay with it or cancel as my 12 month HD contract is up.
