Panasonic 42px77u: Next Generation Big Screen 1080p High Definition

Panasonic has always for me been a television brand I see as one of the best (especially in Plasma TVs), now they have just launched their next generation big screen 1080p high definition plasma TV’s.

This new collection does show that Panasonic has a commitment to plasma excellence with the Panasonic 42px77u having an Antiglare screen which reduces reflections, gives you a nice slick styling, a more accurate initial color temperature and produces deep blacks with excellent shadow detail.

On real downer with this TV is the fact that it has no PC input which is something I always have to have as an option to turn them into a computer monitor.

The story that LCD’s are much better as they are brighter may not ring true against the Panasonic 42px77u Plasma as with its antiglare screen and amazing performance, the TH-42PX77U is as brightly lit in rooms as any LCD.

Other features include SD Card Memory Slot and Side-Firing Speakers, Built-in Gallery Player (great for high definition art and photography), EZ Sync HDAVI Control that will let you operate all of your home theater components by pressing a single button on your TV’s remote control.
The Bottom line is that Panasonic show with the TH-42PX77U why they are one of the best Plasma TV brands.
